Island Sushi & Grill Express, the sushi and Hawaiian restaurant in the Plaza food court, has shuttered. The restaurant from Terence Fong carried Hawaiian plate lunches, poke, malasadas and sushi and opened in 2011, an outpost of the original on Eastern Avenue. Fong also has Zenshin at South Point.
