Fiamma at MGM Grand Temporarily Closed for Upgrade

Fiamma Trattoria & Bar at the MGM Grand has been hidden behind a wall of black curtains since Saturday, as the restaurant headed by executive chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia undergoes a brief round of renovations.

Reservations via Open Table are on hold until Thursday, Aug. 21.

Just a few steps away in The District section of the resort, Emeril's New Orleans Fish House remains open for business as they conduct a series of design improvements, expected to be fully finished in October.
