Have Some Ramen Fries with Those Ramen Sliders

Last October, Andrea's at Encore Las Vegas debuted its ramen burger sliders that use pan-fried ramen as the buns. Now the fries can move on over because Andrea's has ramen fries on the menu now.

Executive chef Joseph Elevado created these sticks that look a little like super thick fries. They come with banana ketchup, spicy relish and tonkatsu aioli sauces.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model Nina Agdal was the first to taste these new delicacies that just arrived on the menu.

Of course, the ramen sliders are also still on the menu, served with a spicy relish sauce, oven-dried tomato, Bibb lettuce and red onion and house made amazu pickles on the side.
