VENETIAN — Bouchon has a Provençal menu Aug. 26-31 for $70 per person for four course. Choose between Tomate Farcie with roasted heirloom tomato with niçoise olives, goat cheese and bread crumbs or Melon et Jambon de Bayonne with summer melon with shaved Bayonne ham, Tom thumb lettuce and lemon olive oil. For an entree, choose either the Bouillabaisse, a stew of monkfish, Maine lobster, head-on prawns, bouchot mussels, marble potatoes, fennel bulb and dungeness crab rouille or Poitrine d'Agneau with Elysian Fields Farm lamb breast with ratatouille, squash blossoms and lamb jus. MANDALAY PLACE — In honor of Arthur Guinness' birthday, Rí Rá Las Vegas will once again celebrate Arthur's Day with a toast to the creator of the Guinness brand on Thursday, Sept. 25. Starting at 5:30 p.m., the Irish pub will offer a free pint of Guinness to the first 100 guests who can join Rí Rá in the toast at 5:59 p.m. In addition, Rí Rá will offer $5 Guinness drafts, Guinness black lagers and Guinness foreign extra stouts from 5 to 11 p.m. At 8 p.m. Rí Rá gives away engraved, commemorative Arthur's Day Guinness glasses to the first 50 guests who order a beer from the pub's Victorian bar.
