Urban Turban, a Bombay-inspired tapas bar and restaurant from Auckland, New Zealand, is finally confirmed for Las Vegas' eastside, set to reside within The Park At 3900 commercial center. The mixed-use complex is also home to Tacos & Beers. Owner Bhushan Arolkar plans for his restaurant, already eying further expansion, to debut this fall.

Taking over two shuttered spaces that once housed the International Vintage Wine Cellar and the Havana Cigar Bar, Urban Turban will occupy 4,445 square feet. It is neighbored by Toscano Italian Restaurant and a Jersey Mike's Subs store.

In New Zealand, Urban Turban serves fresh ingredient twists on Indian street food inspired by the flavors of Bombay, with a menu of familiar items like chicken tikka, pav bhaji, naans and rotis. They might also be bringing to the city of the endless buffet, their unlimited, "bottomless curries" like lamb masala, butter chicken and dhal makhani.
