Step inside José Andrés' Bazaar Meat, a tribute to the steakhouse with tapas at the SLS Las Vegas. Philippe Starck with Gensler architects designed this 13,058-square-foot space with 335 seats. Find what the team here is dubbing "the world's longest dining table" as well as open kitchens including the "fire stage" with wood grills and rotisseries and a raw bar with ceviches, carpaccios and tartares. Two private dining rooms await; the Silver Room in all silver and Sam's Room with an open kitchen focused on seafood.
Cocktails here are shaken up at Bar Centro toward the front of the space. And because it's Vegas, the 9,051-square-foot Bazaar Casino with blackjack and roulette sitting next to the restaurant. Guests in the 72 seats here can order food and drink from the restaurant.
