Verandah takes a mini-vacation starting Sept. 1 for a three-week renovation at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. When the Italian restaurant returns, you can find a lighter and airier look with an indoor/outdoor feel reminiscent of an Italian trattoria. The interior of the restaurant will reopen on Sept. 20, and with it comes a new name — Veranda Cucina Italiana.
EDG handles the renovation that includes terra cotta and bamboo colors, pendant lights over the bar, metal and wood wall coverings and more.
In the meantime, breakfast and lunch will be served outside on the Verandah patio and dinner will be served at Charlie Palmer Steak.
Chef Antonio Minichiello will continue to serve up Italian specialties with a larger selection of handmade pastas and seasonal items from the wood-fired oven.
