Celebrity chef Robert Irvine from the Food Network dined at Andrea's at Encore Las Vegas on Thursday night. Andrea's executive chef Joseph Elevado served Irvine and the table of 10 his omakase menu, which included Ohmi beef, shishito peppers, hamachi sashimi, salmon, crispy tuna, otoro, tuna, snapper, albacore, Japanese A5 Waygu, New York strip, filet, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, special crab roll, Brussels sprouts, ponzu broccoli and an ice cream flight for dessert. [EaterWire]
