If it's summer and a Thursday, it's time to head to B&B Ristorante for their weekly special and intimate dining experiences, this time celebrating the food and drink of Southern Italy. Tonight, the team is inspired by Campania, home to Naples, Pompeii and ideal farming conditions.
Starting at 7 p.m. guests will receive four courses, hear chefs share their thoughts on the creations and their visits to Campania and wine director Kirk Peterson will be liberally pouring his chosen pairings for each dish.
