Presto Café's Grand Opening; Cantina Laredo New Dishes

HENDERSON — They debuted last month, but now it is time to celebrate at Presto Café's latest location in Henderson. The healthy food eatery is hosting a Grand Opening event, Saturday, Aug. 9 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at their 19 S. Stephanie location. [EaterWire]

TIVOLI VILLAGE — Cantina Laredo is adding some new dishes to their their lunch and dinner menus. Items include Costillas Con Fajita, "ribs basted in Jose Cuervo Tequila barbecue sauce with beef and chicken fajitas" and Tacos de Costillas, "slow-roasted short rib with tomatillo sauce, monterey jack cheese, roasted red peppers and queso fresco." They'll be joined by Torta de Costillas, Tacos de Hongos and Pollo Mango Mole available between 11 a.m. to 10 p.m daily and until 11 p.m on Saturday and Sunday. [EaterWire]
