Current construction at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House is all part of a plan for the Louisiana inspired restaurant to "kick it up a notch," as it enters its 20th anniversary at the MGM Grand.
As Eater Vegas reported, chef Emeril Lagasse's first Las Vegas dining destination will remain open for business while the upgrades take place, designed "to make the restaurant more open, accessible and inviting."
A few closures during the first week of September are expected, but will be announced nearer the time. The estimated construction budget of $300,000 covers 1,950-square-feet of upgrades, including replacing the existing glass walls with metal rails and making repairs to the terrazzo flooring.
The sprucing should all be finished by October.
