Not content with opening a third Nacho Daddy inside a former westside Firefly, the "American Grill with a Mexican Flair" is also taking over the former Divine Café to make it a quartet of locales for the nacho-obsessed casual concept.
With Zappos honcho Tony Hsieh as a very silent partner, the chain currently operates in Henderson and Downtown Las Vegas, close to the new Zappos headquarters.
This Spring Valley outpost, inside the Valley View Business Center and close to Town Square, will be 3,654-square-foot in size with room for a maximum of 54 occupants. Construction is underway with no hint of a completion timeline from the company.
The 6,200-square-foot expansion into the former Firefly, also not yet acknowledged by the company, is now looking to debut in November.
