Bonefish Grill gets ready to open its largest location on the West Coast and second largest restaurant in the United States on Monday, Sept. 29.
The 7,200-square-foot restaurant has an open kitchen and large bar area, including two large community tables, three private dining rooms and a patio with room for 304.
The menu here includes ahi tuna steaks, spicy tuna bowls, shrimp pad Thai, lobster grilled cheese and a cold snap ceviche served in a glass made entirely of ice. Some cocktails will even be served in glasses made entirely of ice, while certain dishes also get the ice treatment.
On Tuesday, Sept. 30, Bonefish Grill donates up to $5,000 in sales to Olive Crest.
Bonefish Grill plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays with brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Bonefish Grill already has a location at Town Square.
