Go Ask Alice, White Rabbit Cafe Is Coming to Chinatown

You'll be able to feed your head with Filipino fusion cuisine at the White Rabbit Cafe when it takes over from the shuttered Fresh Cup Cafe, located just across the street from China Mama.

The Los Angeles-based owners have been operating a cafe in Canoga Park, Calif., since 2010 and also run a food truck that has visited Vegas many times, including stints at the Las Vegas Foodie Fest.

Touted as "coming soon," their California menu features a range of meats like beefsteak, chicken adobo, fried pork belly and sweet and spicy sausage that can be added to tacos, burritos, quesadillas and carne fries. Other choices include a spam burger and "filipino inspired" spaghetti. For dessert, they offer chocolate champorado, a sweet white chocolate rice porridge and their own White Rabbit macaroons.
