Eric Lhuillier's Next Challenge? The Barrymore

The former Pinot Brasserie chef lands a new gig with Block 16 Hospitality.

Eric Lhuillier, the former executive chef at the now-defunct Pinot Brasserie at the Venetian, is now the chef de cuisine at The Barrymore at the Royal Resort. Lhuillier, who worked the Pinot Brasserie’s parent company Patina Restaurant Group for 12 years, will handle the menu at the Block 16 Hospitality restaurant with 50 seats.

Lhuillier was with the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara and the St. Regis Hotel in Los Angeles before joining Patina Restaurant Group in October 2002.

As for the former Pinot Brasserie, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar takes over the space with an opening planned in early 2015.
