Two new neighboring ventures on Main Street will take a little while longer to debut.
Once planned for a September opening, the delayed Makers & Finders Coffee promises they'll be serving seven different methods of coffee preparation with beans from five separate countries, once they open their doors. Also on the menu, salads and sandwiches, sweets and a commitment to "Latin comfort foods." Still looking like an under construction project, the confident operators of the former Areperos arepas and empanada focused food truck told DTLV they are now looking at an October launch.
Next door at Hop Nutz Brewing, a roughly 220-gallon beer brewing system is in space, but construction on the local pub with a patio has taken far longer than expected. Work has been ongoing since January. Looking less complete than Makers & Finders, the local brew team is also still enthusiastic about an October opening day.
