Some of the restaurants at McCarran International Airport are participating in Airport Restaurant Month in October, a chance for the chefs there to show off their cooking skills. HMSHost, the company behind PGA Tour Grill and Chop House at the airport have special menus for the month.

Look for a Caesar salad with hearts of baby romaine, garlic toasted crostini, and shaved parmesan; pan-seared salmon with lemon caper dill aioli; rosemary grilled chicken breast with spiced apple cider glaze; and marinated skirt steak with balsamic onions and blue cheese crema. Want some wine with that? The menu includes recommended wine pairings as well.

The chef’s tasting menu goes for $19.99 and includes a complimentary bottle of water.
