After a six-month delay, Lola’s finally has a second location in Summerlin. The Creole restaurant takes over the former Ruby Tuesday with a 5,305-square-foot restaurant that features a courtyard bar, private dining room and a liquor license for bottomless mimosas during brunch.
The restaurant plans to be open seven days a week with 88 seats. The main difference here is the craft beers and specialty cocktails, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, a new happy hour menu and New Orleans Saints viewing parties.
