The Back of the House Brawl returns Oct. 4 with an all-new format that is sure to make certain chefs local celebrities. Jolene Mannina, who created the late-night chef battle on food trucks, is now the producer of a new show that’s coming to A&E’s FYI channel called Late Night Chef Fight, and the show starts filming on Saturday night.
Chefs will be battling it out in front of TV cameras, filmed for eight episodes of the show. And you can be part of the audience. The show films starting at 7 p.m. in the parking lot at the Palms. Every night except Oct. 7 the show films from Saturday to Oct. 12.
