Delmonico Steakhouse hosts a four-course pairing dinner with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey on Thursday, Oct. 23. Chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater and Buffalo Trace representative Kris Komstock will take guests through each course and explain the pairings.
The dinner at the steakhouse at the Venetian from Emeril Lagasse starts with a reception at 7 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and a bourbon cocktail created by mixologist Max Solano. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. The event is $200 per person plus tax and 20 percent gratuity at 702-414-3737.
