A little later than anticipated, locally owned fast and healthy concept restaurant SkinnyFats will debut its second local location on Friday, Oct. 3, at 5 p.m.
Situated in a corner spot, once home to Meat Chix & Wieners, the 2,477-square-foot project from chef Josh Green and owner Reed Allen Slobusky, sits in the Orange Grove at Rhodes Ranch commercial center at 8680 W. Warm Springs Rd.
Once settled, opening hours will be 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.. With an eye toward catering to a variety of dietary needs, popular choices on the SkinnyFats menu includes their salads, burgers, cold-pressed juices and milk shakes.
