The Buffet at Wynn's Two New Stations; More

WYNN LAS VEGAS — The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas now has a street taco station, handmade to order. Also new, a ramen noodle station, where guests can choose either pork tonkatsu broth or chicken shoyu broth. Other ingredients such as fresh ramen noodles, wood ear mushrooms, blistered corn, crispy pork belly and cilantro allows the guests to customize each order to their liking. Individual ramen bowls are prepared to order with traditional accoutrements. Other dinner items include dry aged tomahawk rib eye, oven roasted prime rib, Alaskan opilio crab legs, green curry mussels, and macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi. [EaterWire]

GREEN VALLEY RANCH — Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar added sushi rolls including the Cowboy (spicy tuna, radish sprouts, topped with sliced beef tenderloin, jalapeño, garlic ponzu sauce); Golden Crunch (deep fried salmon, yellowtail, spicy crabmeat, radish sprouts with tempura crunch, eel sauce); Sumpin' Sumpin (California topped with tuna, cilantro, serrano chili, spicy ginger sauce); and White Lotus (rock shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado, albacore, crispy onions, truffle soy sauce) to its menu.
