Eater Vegas first unveiled the plans for the former Cube Event Space used for private parties at the Container Park, now dubbed The Perch, about three months ago. The second-floor food and drink project overlooks The Lawn and the Park's main performance stage with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh and his Downtown Project behind the concept.
Now comes word that The Perch will be a full-service restaurant run by culinary strategist and executive chef of the Downtown Project Sonia El-Nawal. She plans to serve up dishes she discovered during her travels. Note El-Nawal is fluent in French, Spanish, Armenian, Arabic and English.
