Wolfgang Puck makes his first leap off the Strip next month to open his seventh restaurant, this one coming to Downtown Summerlin. The new Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill brings chef Mark Andelbradt as the restaurant's executive chef and Cheryl Mahar as the general manager.
Andelbradt comes from Puck's Postrio at the Grand Canal Shoppes, where he's the executive chef. The Chicago native has worked at Daniel in New York with Daniel Boulud, Morimoto in both Philadelphia and New York with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Brasserie T and Tru in Chicago with Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand.
Colorado native Cheryl Mahar started at Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars, where she worked for six years and held various managerial and sales positions with Roy's Hawaiian Fusion, Cili Restaurant and Bali Hai Golf Course and Wirtz Beverage.
