Las Vegas' favorite pop-up dinner returns Saturday, Sept. 13, and Saturday, Oct. 11, when Project Dinner Table returns for its final two dinners for the 2014 season.
The long dinner table draped in white tablecloths with room for up to 175 guests, who are encouraged chat, first heads to the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension (UNCE) Orchard with Bellagio chefs Roy Ellamar and Edmund Wong on Sept. 13. The duo plans to serve up local and regional flavors including smoked Idaho trout, pork shoulder, local greens, stone fruits and more, all served family style. The event begins with social hour at 5:45 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, followed by the family style dinner at 6:45 p.m. Proceeds from the September dinner will go toward Candlelighters and Miracle Flights for Kids.
For the Season 5 finale on Oct. 11, guests will dine at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art on UNLV's campus. Chefs from Caesars Palace will create this one-time only menu. Social hour takes place at 5:15 p.m. with dinner at 6:15 p.m. October's charity partners are Safe Nest and Blind Center of Nevada.
The member price per dinner is $175 and the nonmember price is $190. Head over to Project Dinner Table to purchase tickets.
