Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria teams up with Bodega Catena Zapata winery for one-night only wine pairing dinner on Thursday, Sept. 25, at 7:30 p.m. Executive chef Robert Moore put together a five-course menu that will be paired with the wines. Aria director of wine Kim Wood and Bodega Catena Zapata general director Laura Catena host the night.
