Meet the new chef at Le Cirque, Wilfried Bergerhausen, who didn't have to move too far to make the leap to his new job. Bergerhausen was the executive sous chef at Michael Mina at the Bellagio before jumping into this new position. He replaces Paul Lee.
Bergerhausen worked at Joël Robuchon for nearly five years, as well as L'Oasis in Mandelieu La Napoule, France. He was an assistant chef at Bocuse D'or, the worldwide cooking competition, with Eric Finon in Paris.
