Still hoping for a January debut, VegeNation has pre-released their 100 percent all-vegan menu, allowing Downtown diners the chance to peruse the vision of healthy cooking and living advocate chef Donald Lemperle.

First revealed by Eater Vegas back in January 2014, Vegetation sits at 618 E. Carson Ave., between the forthcoming Glutton from chef Bradley Manchester and the Cajun-styled Zydceo Po-Boys from Brandon Trahan.

Supporting local farms and even giving a hat tip to locals Tony Hsieh and poker ace Daniel Negreanu in the menu, Vegenation's motto is "Good Food, For The Good Of All" with a vegan twist on "global street food."

Featuring affordable prices and a broad spectrum of dishes, VegeNation will also be creating their own signature cocktails "using local distilled liquor with cold-press juice" and beer from Vegas-owned brewers.

For the unrepentant meat eater, VegeNation recommends trying the "superfood veggie burger" which "will knock your socks off."
