Talk about a Las Vegas trendsetter. Rick Moonen brought RM Seafood to Las Vegas 10 years ago after he was convinced to open at Mandalay Place. He knew that if he wanted his seafood mecca to work, he’d have to leave New York and move to Las Vegas instead of slapping his name over the entrance. And his gamble paid off.
Few restaurants on the Strip make it to such a milestone, and now Moonen gets ready to celebrate 10 years of RM Seafood on Feb. 14 with a special menu of 10 of his best dishes. All February, guests can land favorites such as his catfish sloppy Joe, shellfish gumbo, pan-seared halbut and more. Find dishes from his appearances on the second season of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters as well.
Below, a look at the entire 10-dish lineup. Moonen said he had a tough time deciding which 10 dishes to include, so don't be surprised if it changes slightly by the time Feb. 1 rolls around.
