MANDALAY PLACE — Rx Boiler Room now has new menu items including a fondue for two, surf and turf sliders with seared filet mignon and butter-poached Maine lobster, duck confit poutine, California dates with Shaft’s blue cheese and smoked bacon and an heirloom beet salad. Other new dishes include braised Colorado lamb shank, pan-roasted chicken, a fat Greek burger, Guinness-braised beef short rib, New Bedford jumbo scallops, sustainable True North salmon and shrimp carbonara ravioli.
