If the boxing champ gets his way, he would.

So apparently boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. wants to get into the restaurant business. And apparently he wants to partner with none other than Gordon Ramsay.

"I want to be the best at everything I do. If I open a restaurant I have got to have the best chef. I am going to be speaking with Gordon Ramsay about becoming my business partner," he told the Mirror.

Ramsay and Mayweather together? Not so far fetched considering Mayweather is the moneymaker and Gordon could use a new business partner, considering his lawsuit with former partner Rowen Seibel.

Mayweather, who lives in Las Vegas, tends to frequent places such as Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at the MGM Grand, Fix at the Bellagio and Hakkasan at the MGM Grand in recent celebrity spottings.

Ramsay of course has three restaurants in Las Vegas with a fourth on the way with Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips coming to The Linq.
