Honey Salt’s Farm Table dinner series returns on Feb. 9 with a dinner from chef de cuisine Brett Uniss paired with wines from Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery.
The dinner starts with lemon sunchoke relish, chopped chicken liver, caramelized onion spread and Farmers Market Juice paired with Russian River Selection Chardonnay 2012. Then a “Little Gem Lettuce Salad” with spiced pecans, preserved lemon, bacon lardons and whole grain mustard vinaigrette sits side-by-side with Westside Farms Chardonnay 2012. A family-style entree comes with whole roasted duck and caramelized shallot bread pudding, braised greens and huckleberry jus paired with Russian River Selection Pinot Noir 2012 and Hallberg Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012. To finish, persimmon pudding with vanilla ice cream.
