WESTSIDE — The Pint throws a local beer flight and tasting menu on Jan. 28 from 5 to 10 p.m. Nab brews from Banger Brewing, Bad Beat and Big Dog’s with dishes such as steak tartare canape on marble rye, street tacos and a chocolate peanut butter mousse cake. LA — Wondering where Paul Lee, the former executive chef from Le Cirque at the Bellagio, went? He landed at Patina, the flagship restaurant of the Patina Group in Walt Disney Concert Hall. The restaurant switched over to an all tasting menu format with three-, four-, five- or eight-course prix fixe menus. [LA Times]
