FREMONT HOTEL — The only remaining Tony Roma’s now has new dishes on the menu through March 31. Find black bean and poblano queso dip served with fajita potato chips; a chipotle Caesar salad; salmon and chipotle garlic shrimp served with wild rice and broccoli; filet medallions and smoky apple rib combo, served with Tony Roma’s new sweet and savory smoky apple barbecue sauce; a pomegranate romarita; and coffee and chocolate donuts.
