Head over to Michael Mina’s newest restaurant for brunch on the weekends. Bardot Brasserie at Aria serves three egg dishes — an omelet with Gruyère cheese, a hunter’s waffle with duck confit and quiche Lorraine — from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
Sit at the brass bar, the main dining room with its black lacquer walls or on the sidewalk cafe and drink bottomless rosé for $18.
