A Los Angeles Mexican food favorite is expanding to a second location in Las Vegas. Pinches Tacos plans to move into the Gramercy, the retail and condo development at Russell Road and the 215.
Created in 2007 by brothers Miguel, Jorge and Javier Anaya the Pinches Tacos culinary roots include the creators being nephews of Jose Prado, former chef at The Ivy. The latter locale's celebrity draw has rubbed off on the taco chain, which has proved popular with the Hollywood crowd.
Pinches moved into the Downtown Container Park last year.
Other confirmed tenants at the Gramercy include a Dean & DeLuca-inspired DW Market from Dalton Wilson and Bryce Krausman of DW Bistro fame, coffee shop Holley’s Cuppa and Alex Stratta Italian Steakhouse.
