The former Zebra Lounge at the Palazzo, which tied a medium rocking theme to the resort's Rock of Ages musical production, has veered in a retro direction under its rebranding as The Label.

Taking its cue from the now open FRANK The Man. The Music. tribute show, performed by Bob Anderson as Frank Sinatra, the new lounge mission

... gives a nod and a tip of the fedora to the golden era of Las Vegas nightlife, when the icons crooned jazz standards nightly and stepping out in Sin City meant stepping outside the mainstream to define a new "edge" of cool.

To help celebrate a "bygone era of evocative elegance," the zebra strips have been removed from the decor, revealing a subtler design palate.

Also rethought are the signature cocktails. For $17 you can sip on the Let's Be Frank, a Jack Daniel's infused Old Fashioned, Come Fly With Me made with Hendricks, Maraschino Liqueur, fresh lemon and Prosecco, Ol' Blue Eyes featuring Ketel One Citroen, Chambord and blueberries and Summit At The Sands prepared with Crown Royal Apple, Wild Turkey Honey and fresh lemon.

For the true Sinatra devotee, try the $17 "My Way" the Chairman's "drink of choice," concocted with three rocks of ice, two fingers of Jack Daniels and a splash of water. For $45, upgrade it with two fingers of Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select.

The lounge hours remain the same, nightly from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., with live performers on stage from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m. and from 5:30 until 8 p.m. most Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
