Beer dinners are becoming all the rage in Las Vegas, and the latest comes at the hands of Stack Restaurant & Bar at the Mirage. New Belgium Brewing Co. teams up with the restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 29, to pair lagers and IPAs with dishes from Brian Massie.
Menu items include grilled black garlic calamari with a Sour Brown Ale Vinaigrette, smoked short rib tartar with 1554 Black Lager Reduction, pan-seared Arctic char with Accumulation IPA “Beer Blanc,” and Colorado mudpie topped with fudge and salted chocolate stout “Frappe.”
