Sin City is home to a lot of restaurants and bars, but there are tons of hidden gems that the majority of Las Vegans aren't unearthing. To help guide us to these potential discoveries, we've enlisted some of our city's beverage players to share their recommendations for a random feature dubbed Cocktail Confidential. This week, a special Classics Week edition. Know a bartender who wants to share some top cocktail spots? The tipline is open.

Bryant Jane has been a fixture on the Las Vegas bar scene, working at The Bounty Hunter Tavern, Rob Boy in Seattle, Vesper at Cosmopolitan, Rose.Rabbit.Lie., Lavo, Tao and Atomic Liquors. Now he’s a managing partner at the re-imagined Radio City Pizzeria. Jake Leslie of the Goodwich, Elias Ghahem Jr., and chef Sean Collins, formerly of Rose.Rabbit.Lie., teamed up on this refreshed concept in Downtown Las Vegas.

You can find Jane bartending at the bar in the back called Retroscena, a craft cocktail bar with a heavy focus on all things amaro. Expect a lot of fernet to be poured here.

Radio City Pizzeria also plans to open a second location in the next few months, and after that, a tiki concept that involves a very classic Las Vegas bar.

Here Jane shares some of his favorite classic bars in Las Vegas.

What are some of your favorite classic bars?
The Huntridge Tavern, Atomic Liquors and Tap House

Which drinks are most memorable?
In my line of work, I'm usually dealing with making creative cocktails all day long, and when I'm off work, you'll usually catch me at those bars drinking some kind of cheap lager and a shot of Branca. Unless any one of those bars has some kind of beer that is distributed by Tom Phillips or Massimo, I stick to those two things.

Why do you enjoy going there?
Tori, Jeff, Rose, Matt, Rodger, d' Andre, Arty, Amber, Kate, Karol...all of those people are wonderful bartenders and I consider them all friends. Those people really understand customer service and taking care of a bar, which I feel is missing from a lot of cocktail bars, where the focus is on just the cocktails. The reason that these bars are such classics is that they understand these concepts and they will be around for years to come.
