If you have a hankering for a Paris Hilton approved "Couture Pop" at Paris Las Vegas, you'll need to head elsewhere. The flagship Sugar Factory retail store with a very enviable Strip-facing location, has shuttered and appears well on its way to being replaced by Hexx from Vintner Grill executive chef Matthew Silverman.
First revealed back in November, the still under wraps 10,450-square-foot makeover had earmarked $3,201,340 for construction. Silverman's concept for Hexx is to create a "New American Restaurant" for the brand.

It appears doubtful a full restaurant will be immediately dropped into this location, as the 30,000 square-foot Sugar Factory Bar & Grill is still open for 24-hour business right next door. The new name has been quietly changed from "Sugar Factory American Brasserie." The company still lazily and prominently lists the retail store on their Website and has not updated the grill's name change. Paris Las Vegas has managed to change their promotions.

Described as "American handcrafted chocolate," no other information about Hexx or the expensive switcheroo has been revealed.
Silverman has a long-term business relationship with the Sugar Factory company, even listed as a "registered agent" for the 2012 business license creation of the optimistic sounding "Sugar Factory Casinos LLC." No timetable for Hexx's arrival has been announced, nor acknowledgment that the hard-to-miss construction work has begun.
