MONTE CARLO — Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge hosts its first Whiskey Wednesday of 2015 on Feb. 4 with Duncan Taylor company's Black Bull. The "grand tasting" from 8 to 10 p.m. goes for $35 per person. FLAMINGO LAS VEGAS — Paradise Garden Buffet overlooking the Wildlife Habitat now serves up brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. New breakfast selections include Southern- and Mexican-influenced dishes, as well as a made-to-order omelet station. Fresh waffles and pancakes that can be customized are featured as well as a made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and burgers station. The barbecue station features brisket smoked in-house and pulled pork with traditional sides of Texas toast and coleslaw. Brick oven pizza, antipasti and a deli sandwich bar are included.
