Welcome to our photo series Eater Scenes, where Eater Vegas visits some of the city's great restaurants and bars to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today, The Broiler at Boulder Station.

The Broiler, the steakhouse at Boulder Station, just celebrated its 20th anniversary last August. The hotel, the second property from Station Casinos, took one year to build for $85 million with its western train station feel. The Broiler reflects that charm with polished brass fixtures and cherry wood décor. It features a 40-item soup and salad bar as well as classic dishes such as a shrimp cocktail, oysters Rockefeller and escargot. Even king and queen cuts of prime rib make the menu. Six of the team members here, including four servers and a host, have been with the restaurant since day one.

Eater Vegas photographer Amelinda B Lee scoped out the scene at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night.
