Joining fellow locals SkinnyFats and Nacho Daddy, Spring Valley's Tipsy Coffee House is bringing its signature brand of confections to the Bally's two-acre Grand Bazaar Shops.
Owner Kim Sostman debuted the coffee shop 2013, expanding on the success of her Tipsy Truffles company. The truffle line will soon be housed in their first standalone location as one of the 120 Strip-located Bazaar boutiques scheduled to debut on Feb. 26.
The tipsy in each truffle derives from about a tablespoon of alcohol and have been sold in Las Vegas at The Sugar Factory and The Chocolate Box at downtown's Golden Nugget. Selections include the Gran Marnier or Mint Bailey's Drop, Whiskey Gingers, and Leigh's Snockered Snickerdoodle made with "100 Proof Cinnamon Schnapps."
At the coffee shop, Tipsy also features fresh baked pastries, cookies, biscotti, turtles and specialize in seasonally inspired treats.
