Jimmy’s Seaside Fries to Bring State Fair to Bally's

Promising "French fries with bold swagger" and "snack food with style," growing franchise Jimmy’s Seaside Fries is headed to the Grand Bazaar Shops, the two-acre, open air, experimental mall. Still under the final phases of construction, right in front of Bally's, Jimmy's joins a plethora of diverse snacking options housed within 68,000-square-foot of commerce.

The Seaside Fries menu is brief, offering fries, sweet potato fries and potato or sweet potato tots, topped with ever popular extras such as Parmesan and "seaside sauce," bacon bits, chili cheese and the "Big Kahuna," which includes shredded pork.

The bonus attraction may prove to be their sweet snacks of funnel cake, funnel fries, churros and a Las Vegas favorite, fried Oreos. The last local venture to attempt to corner the State Fair menu route, recently shuttered Downtown. This will mark the furthest west Jimmy's for the Florida-based company.

After a number of delays, the Grand Bazaar is expected to partially debut this February.
