MONTE CARLO — Yusho After Dark 3 takes place tonight with Yusho’s own chef Brian Lhee and chef David Mangual of Double Barrel Roadhouse collaborating on suckling pig, lamb, tacos and a PB&J mochi. Artist Romali Licudan will be doing a live painting while the sounds of DJ Matt Lucio take over the restaurant. The event from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. costs $25 per person for two dishes from each chef, a draft cocktail, and passed appetizers and ramen. Drink specials all night too. [EaterWire]
