Here now, a look at all the menus found at Tom’s Urban, the modern diner now open at New York-New York. The restaurant with views of the Strip is open starting at 6 a.m. with a late night that stretches until at least 2 a.m., and later if they still have customers.
Consider this a menu of street fare with burgers, sandwiches, Buffalo wings and dishes Tom’s made its own including the slopper, a burger with pork green chili, queso fresco, pico de gallo, cheddar and jack or the Hangover Slopper with two fried eggs. The Colorado Hot Brown brings shaved turkey and smoked pit ham on sourdough, smothered with pork green chili, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, tomato, applewood-smoke.
Found only in Vegas, the "Big Ass" egg roll, filet mignon steak and eggs, the Sin City burger, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, filet mignon steak sliders, "Al Carbon" steak nachos and "Sticky" belly steamed buns.
