As one of the first restaurants to open in the new year, Inyo Asian Variety Restaurant serves up small plates from Japan, Korea and Thailand all in the $10 range. Chef Gregg Fortunato of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and the former Little Buddha serves up chicken wings served three ways, chilled soba noodles, age dashi tofu, char shui egg rolls, shrimp shumai and more at what is sure to be the next big hit in Chinatown. Go before the crowds keep you waiting.
