Get ready for brunch at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort, launching tomorrow. Breakfast-based dishes, lunch options, and side dishes as well as bottomless mimosas and bottomless bloody beers make the cut, as does a bloody Mary bottle service.
Chef Brian Massie plans to serve up duck and waffles, salted caramel French toast and an egg cocotte with smoked salmon and Texas toast. Super hungry? The "Whole Beast Feast" of pig and cheesy eggs with chives and tortillas goes for $180.
