Ameribrunch to Replace Downtown's Cafe 316?

Cafe 316, the Downtown soup, salads and sandwich spot, appears to be replaced soon by a new, but equally casual concept. Ameribrunch has been registered as the new tenant at the 316 E. Bridger address, which also neatly provided a reference by Cafe owner Jerry Perez to Bible verse John 3:16.

The cafe's social media presence has been recently removed and a help wanted ad featuring the same phone number as Ameribrunch explains it wants to hire staff in all positions, preferably with experience at a "smoothies and juice bar."

Cafe 316 debuted in April on the site of the shuttered Big D Original Italian Subs and had hoped to tap into the busy breakfast and lunch scene in the surrounding business district.
