Located just south of the runways of McCarran International Airport, The New American Sandwich Co. is now serving the neighboring business community and are not shy about declaring pride in their work. Their casual menu includes "serious sandwiches," "salad that don't suck," "big ass burgers" and a series of bar bites such as fried zucchini, chicken tenders and a "really big pretzel" with cheese sauce and dark ale mustard.
With Americana-inspired art on the walls, their sandwiches come with a side salad or their own, fresh cut potato chips. Guests can try items like the Brown Derby, made with "roasted turkey, blue cheese, smoked bacon, avocado mayo on a French baguette," or the Fried Green Tomato BLT, with Russian dressing on Texas toast.
Keeping the concept local and in-house, the team explains, "our meats are smoked, braised, cured, and roasted daily in our kitchen. Each sandwich is topped with house-made spreads and served on fresh baked local bread."
